yeah well in my opinion rank 20 is not enough, its not by far. it probably wasnt enough in the early stages of the game and it definitely isnt now with more maps, more ops and so on. just do some math on average how often you've seen every map of the current circulation on your way to rank 20 with doing casual (w/o Terrorist Hunt) I think you have enough Ops to compete if you went for the original ops that are cheap to get but you lack experience to not mess up more experienced players game. even if you land copper or bronze or whatever is a lower tier than even where I landed and where you have to expect either more beginners or people that dont play too often with rank 20 you just do things that irrationally messes up the more experienced players game not because you are bad just because with 20 ranks its not possible to have gained enough experience with so many maps and op constellations that impact the game. your reasoning about the placements is right but lacking the point that an unexperienced player still messes up others games, also during the placement games. so it should be found a good threshold where basic experience can be expected and 20 doesnt seem right. my suggestions is to lift it to 40 or at least 30
