Dont think of all these things …ask ur parents if they can / want to or are able to fund ur goals..ur job is to study and give it ur best shot…if u keep looking for variables u will find many and keep negotiating and renegotiating all ur goals ur entire life…and worst of all it will manifest as regret and selfpity later on in life and there on its a short road to anger and remorse….ur job is to communicate ur need to ur parents and give them heads up so they have time to plan it out …plus if u do really make it to the us and become a doctor there then what u earn will be in multitudes to what you invest and sacrifice…..this is the way i see it …u know ur situation best
