Don't let people step on you or impose their work on you , people are extremely cunning if they find you to be a simple person they will impose their work on you , so learn to be rigid and deny work that you aren't supposed to do even if the PG is assigning their work to you

Remember you are not a clerk , the PG can impose you to type excessive of discharges and you'd find yourself just typing discharges all day , do what bits you can and then stick to managing the ward or actual learning

Get acquainted with your PG , good relations with them will serve you well also don't be anyone's errand boy, also stay pro active don't be afraid to ask questions or observe patients in OPD take the max advantage
