Sony is a financial corporation known for continuously reducing their employee stock and outsourcing more and more industrial production, customer support, repair service, their own Internal Information Service and their own Business Processes. Most of it's inner activities are done by AI and automated bot. Not only Sony but many other Japanese companies and people rather lose their jobs, if not now, may be later. They are only controlling other companies and get revenue.

I suggest if you want to become a Sony employee don't ask how to do it, but devote a lot of time to learn about Sony and look for personal contacts. Will not be easy to get insight. And learn about what is waiting for you if you succeed. Admittedly it won't go by searching websites or asking it publicly.

But one little help, you can't go to Sony with empty hands, they don't employ you for helping you making you to earn money, neither for you working hard for them. They are only interested in one thing. What you will give them in exchange for becoming a "Sony boy". And they have a pretty good appetite. You can't ask them how much you can earn and what your job will be as normally we do, they ask you how much money and what valuable business contact you are bringing to them.
