Cop/Detective Mystery Anime

Definitely Monster. It's about a Japanese surgeon (practicing in Germany) who gets framed for murder by one of his former patients. Now on the run, he attempts to track down the killer so that he can stop them from ever killing again. This obviously conflicts him having once been a doctor. It's a psychological thriller/mystery and I'm recommending it because a lot story's told from the perspective of people on both sides of the law. It's quite long but I feel like it changes things up often enough to stay interesting.

Then there's Ghost in the Shell: Stand Alone Complex. It centers around an anti-crime/counter-terrorist unit called Section 9 and is set in a very believable near-future Japan. There's one big case that runs through the first show but there's also a lot of self-contained episodes. Since you've seen Psycho-Pass, I don't have to explain how many interesting things the show's capable of because of it's setting. There's so many great ideas are at play with this one.

Finally there's Mobile Police Patlabor: On Television and Mobile Police Patlabor: The Movie. I've only seen the Patlabor films (the one I linked being the first in a trilogy) so can't really speak for the show. Both are also about a branch of the police who fight crime using advanced technology. Definitely recommend the movies, especially if you want something slower/more contemplative. From what I understand, they're like the Ghost in the Shell films in that the series and the films are different incarnations of the same franchise.
