In addition to what the other commenter said about Berserk, the parts of Vinland I've seen (the prologue) were very much in favor of pacifism and settling down while portraying young Thorfinn's actions as a destructive waste of his life.

The one type of manga I can think of that could genuinely be seen as anti-love are toxic romances that encourage putting an end to that kind of relationship. See for example Scum's Wish, Aku no Hana, Bokura no Hentai and Himegoto: Juukyuusai no Seifuku. Although almost all of these do have their own way of telling people to seek out something that works, may it be the final chapter, a 1 volume long epilogue or the whole back half of the story.
