I'm not even quite sure what it's saying; it doesn't say you need 2 years experience after school, it says that you must have been out of school for two years and currently working as a developer (with no actual indication of how long you have to have been working as a developer).

As this is written, you qualify if you graduated in 2010 and have been working as a developer for the last week and a half.

(Of course, I find it ridiculous that you need any experience at all for a Junior programming position. I thought that was the whole point of Junior positions, to start at the bottom. If that's not the bottom anymore, what is? What's below "Junior"? Sub-Junior Programmer? Widdwe Baby Pwogrammew?)
