Xi, Trump Agreed on No Additional Tariffs After Jan. 1: CGTN

My company starts a Group RRSP next month so I will be regularly contributing to some index funds starting 2019. I just started trading in general last week. I work in IT so I am very familiar with the tech sector. I bought MSFT shares in my RRSP account and will be holding long-term. I bought two other stocks last week (both in tech) that are in a TFSA account and I am up 15% in unrealized gains. It seems many are expecting the market to pop next week and so I am sure lots of stocks will grow but I wonder if I should sell my two tech stocks and buy some BABA or BA and NVDA since speculation is that those stocks could see the most growth from the G20 event? I don't have any plans to trade options until I understand them better.
