Current status on SRNE pipeline with a re post from Frikspen he is the originator of boom list.

Wow, what a list.

Do you know if there is any credence to the talk that FDA approval or other big news is imminent next week and multiple obvious desperate actions by the short this week such as needing to dump almost 10 million borrowed shares on the market just to hold the stock down is in indication they know what is coming and know next week they may need to start buying shares to cover. This last attempt is to get people to give up on the stock and maybe collect the premium on a bunch of J18 options.

I am not an expert but trying to buy back 50+ million shares could drive the price to > $50.

There are also many other potential bits of good news coming . I really don't get how a company would be able to afford the median price of $25 x 55 m shares = 1.3 billion to cover.

Is there any intention of covering or do you think they will go into default and bring down the folks who lent them the shares?

As you mention, how long do you suppose Blackrock, Fidelity et al will stand on the sidelines? There is almost no free stock for them to buy so they are just sitting on an asset that for all intents an purposes should be 4x more than it is now.

I really would like some light to be shown on the real dynamics here, as a novice just watching the stock movement and looking at the short action it looks like a medium sized push tomorrow even could create a cascade event.
