CVS cycle=hours cut=ppl quitting=stores failing=massive hiring of new unqualified ppl=temporary hours increase=back to hours cut

Is showing favoritism the sole way to convey to your employees that these are just growing pains? Is cutting hours the sole way to show toxic employees that theyre being toxic? There's so much wrong with your response that I'm gonna take the L and leave you to reflect on it yourself. You are this company's leadership after all, and just based on your words here; you are not up to the job of fostering a workplace that employees want to work in.

God help anyone that ever has to work under you, cuz you're sure as fuck doing the bare assssss minimum and not making it worth their time and stress.

From a fully competent, head down, coworkers first, workhorse of a lead that spent the better part of a decade with the company; just reading your response to what I said, I WOULD NOT ever work for you.

Just wish your current employees had the opportunity to realize the same sooner.
