i have a question about this

We will check the logs of our Heirs that make this request and distribute Heroes used for Memory Imprinting instead of Meteorshards. Please note that it’s impossible to recall the Heroes you received from recalling."

Does this mean i need to recall him then contact the support and not use the meteor shards and they will turn them back to the normal/ml zerato, or need to contact support before recalling? I'm not 100% sure i got a dupe Cerato fed into him or not and would like to know before recalling
