Debate: Is Beckham now underrated?

Always has been a bit even during his best years because of his off-field personality, what with being a world renowned superstar and married to a spice girl.

I am lucky to have watched his entire Man Utd career from start to finish along with the rest of that 90's group. He was part of one of the best right sided partnerships I have seen, Messi and Alves being #1.

Exceptional deliveries. Amazing tank. It wasn't just the freekicks and crossing, he was a smart player who succeeded because he worked as hard in training and on the pitch as anyone. The link between him and van Nistelrooy was extraordinary, it felt like every cross to Ruud would result in a goal.
