I had no intention of cherry picking. I read tyranny to mean dictator or similar label based on context. Either way, I still don't see how the man is cruel.

A cruel or harsh act or proceeding; an arbitrary, oppressive, or tyrannical action.

And so on and so forth.

Any way you define it, the word is a poor fit unless earned. Have a nice night.
