Isn’t the lab-leak an egregious conspiracy that our species needs to expose and acknowledge? We can’t just have the US, Canadian, and Chinese governments just be all “oopsie doopsie we muffed it up again!”

It is imperative that there not only be accountability for a lab-leaked virus, but also a game plan for its remediation. Pretending it had murky origins instead of just coming to terms with its weaponized virulence does nothing for the population at large and only serves to save the elites from having egg on their face.
