A longtime ago I was using a hilti hammer drill to go through a similar thickness of brick in order to install anchors for a wind turbine. I did it with a hard hat, standing on a ladder, while my two bosses watched. The drill got stuck, causing the handle to turn, which caused my finger to pull the trigger full down, which then swung the unit at full speed into the side of my head. Aimed just so perfectly that the hard hat might as well have dodged jts job of protecting me.

I was an IT(military). I fixed computers. The only reason I was up there was because the civilian running the shop I worked in wanted brownie points from the big dogs at headquarters. I was concussed, my sight immediately deteriorated from 30/20 to 10/20. They didnt so much as file an incident report while I was in the hospital.

I just wanted to say, damn I wish I had something like this back then. Or a better boss of course..
