My last day in Philly prior to moving away, I had parked on a little street downtown. It was Saturday night and it was busy. I found a sweet spot a few blocks from where I wanted ot go. I checked the signs and it was good to go. When I came back, the car was gone. I was furious. Thought someone stole my pos cavalier. Then I looked up at the sign post. There was a sign that was folded shut. I unfolded it and it was a handicap sign. Those fucking shits folded the sign closed so I didn't see it was there. The curb was not painted. I never really liked philly but that made me hate it with all my heart. Fuck tow truck drivers and FUCK PHILLY
