Take a 32 oz Gatorade and add fruit pectin. Pour all of the fruit pectin in to the gatorade. Put the cap on and shake it up. Drink all of it, I mean all of it. (about 4 hours before your test). 2 hours before your test drink a gallon of water within an hour of the drug test. You should probably urinate very dilute urine 5-7 times in the hour leading to the test.

Also, take a large dose of vitamin B2 (not too much look how much would be safe) to make your urine yellow, and not crystal clear. Just to throw off any suspicious employers.
