Discussion Thread: Rectifying government failures edition

Bodily autonomy isn't an inherently ridiculous argument at all, but too many people on this sub pretend that:

1) female pro-life advocates don't exist

2) Republicans want to take away abortions solely because they want to restrict women's rights

In reality of course, the vast majority of pro-life people base their arguments on either religious grounds or a belief that fetuses are people that have a right to life

Now, of course, you can argue against those positions, but the lazy strawman that is built by arguing against 1) and 2) is annoying and excessive partisanship at its worst. I am very pro-choice (I support third trimester abortions), yet I don't think most pro-life advocates are men that hate women
