Yeah updates/patches wise this game is pretty good, but from what I hear their support is lacking.

I played obsessively literally every day from the NA release until mid-february, and started playing again early june, and have spent a decent amount of money on this game, but I missed the paradox brothers event (arguably the most important character in the game right now) and because of that I'm screwed for farming certain LD's. I nicely asked them for the character to be unlocked on my account and they refused. Just leaves a bad taste in my mouth because the event is 100% free, no way for them to make money off of me having the character, and the fact that I'm going to unlock him the next time they come anyways, but it just sucks that for the next few months I'm at a severe disadvantage. I dont even mind missing out on dgate (well I do but I'm okay with that and I'm not gonna ask them for dgates cause thats just dumb and I got a prismatic one from the qualifiers so maybe the new ranked will work the same way) and obviously its my fault for missing the event but I know plenty of game companies who would do something like this in a heartbeat for their customers
