[Discussion] "Who are the Smart Teams?", a team infrastructure discussion thread

I always tend to have at least 1 first in the top 7 picks. The thing that I look for is a complete player. I don't want an athletic freak or a route technician, I want someone that is good at both but I am ok if they aren't elite at either. Yeah this will steer you away from players like DK but I ended up with AJB so its similar enough anyway. This past draft I got Akers, who was considered raw but showed good blocking/running/receiving in college. If you are drafting a rb that can't block, then they will never be a 3-down back. Not entirely sure what I have with Akers but my strategy the past two years has given me a core wr and a core rb (looking promising).
