Ok the umpteenth time...

Kids don't leave alone nor do they go to school just by themselves.

Like you so triumphantly state.

"Can covid be transmitted even if you got the vaccine? Yes"

Transmission of Covid is not a one way street. Kids can become transmission vectors and likewise their households can become transmission vectors too. Meaning they can spread covid to others that they live with if they get it and others can spread it to them consequently spreading it to others in their school and round and round we go.

From what we know; these vaccines have proven to greatly reduce hospitalizations... It's why they are saying "this time around, this pandemic is a pandemic of the unvaccinated" They are the ones clogging hospitals now...

Ergo, more kids vaccinated and more household vaccinated means less hospitalization, less resources eaten up ... Free up doctors/scientists/money so we can do other shit ... like trying to figure out what works and what doesn't work with regard to covid. Plus, COVID is not the only problem we got.

In a nutshell, this is our "war on terror"... Are we going to spend gazillions in human and financial resources and like 20 years being behind the pandemic or are we going to get infront of the pandemic and not make it endemic?!!
