Does TTR Take Greening Harshly? You Decide.

I'd like to throw out that the moderation and development of Toontown Rewritten is separate in this situation. So while greening may be one thing biggest problems for the moderators of Toontown Rewritten, it might not be one of the biggest issues for the developers of it. We'll tell a developer when we can, but they might forget because of other bigger issues or it might be a harder bug to fix.

I'd also like to throw out that greening isn't a playstyle, or if you like, inputs in a keyboard. It's actions or maybe even a "mindset" that can either be considered as an act of trolling, or maybe even to the greener, a "just" way of teaching toons. Regardless, we consider it a subclass of "rude behavior" (or something similar)... the community has just given it a separate name to identify the actions of it. That doesn't change the fact that the players are being rude to other players by not allowing them to progress through the game or complete what they're doing, or at least making it difficult to do so. Rude behavior is an action and a mindset, people knowing they're doing this... it's not simple tapping of keys.

Aaaaand one last thing is that I do agree that Vibrant Valley isn't always the best and don't always have as much moderators on it as there sound be, but comparing it to greening is a different thing altogether. I've definitely taken a few hours out of my day to kick and ban people out of that area, and we do keep tabs on their previous. It's not going unnoticed, but I'm not sure you'll be noticing the kicking/banning of one or two toons when 20-30 are hovering around as much as you'd notice yourself getting banned for greening or others who announced their ban as well. :P
