Hey OP I think it might be worth putting a disclaimer in regarding that table so as to make it clear it represents the table for the all adults vaccine rollout. Might also be worth including table 5.1 as this is probably closer to what has/is happening i.e. the 'oldest first' strategy. The strategies are defined in table 1.1 on page 5 so it might also be worth adding those.

Further from the executive summary "...noting achieved coverage to date has been largely concentrated in high-risk groups and elder populations in line with existing strategy;"

Note we could still pivot to be more inline with the all adult strategy and perhaps we will be soon. As per the executive summary of the addendum, to get to the hypothetical all adults scenario "...vaccines would be opened up to 30-39 year olds on 31 August 2021, and 16-29 years olds from 11 October..." Quote from.
