What's the best way to get server to stop by?

I’d love to see a restaurant that has a call button like an airplane and then a computer station that has the times since the button was pressed. Wait staff can turn it off and flag tables that abuse it or have kids who might be pushing it. This would give the customer time to decide without the wait staff having to ask if they need a few more minutes and they can attend to other things or take a breath during busy times. Maybe have multiple options like “ready to order, refills, dessert, check, something’s wrong, and do not disturb, and we’re all good” with corresponding green, yellow, orange, and red lights so even if you aren’t near the computer you can see which tables need assistance. I know this would probably bring up issues for wait staff and potentially create more friction with already difficult customers but if there was some way for only wait staff to see the lights, I think this would be an interesting wait to communicate to without it being awkward and let’s the staff know that you’re in no rush.
