1, leviticus does not say that homosexuality is a sin. It is said that no man should lay with another man as he would with a woman, as it I an abomination. And no woman should lay with a beast as she would a man, as its confusion.

This is talking about sexual performances. God gave people sexuality, you're homosexuality is a gift to you by god. Having sex is also a gift tho, as it is used to create new life, similar to how God did. That's why in a lot of christian faiths, marriage is only for heterosexual people, because sex is for those who are married, and is used for having children.

Technically, heterosexual affairs with contraception is just as much an abomination as unprotected gay sex. The problem isnt that people are gay, it's the misuse of sex.

Just need to say that I'm not trying to convert anyone or anything like that, believe what you want to believe in, just stay safe and happy. I just need to correct the thinking of people, because people like that dude very poorly represent Christian Faiths. We dont hate gay people, we hate how recreational sex has become, because what we believe is that sex should be saved for creating more people.

Plus most of the old testament doesnt really matter anymore
