I think you’re confused. Power dynamics mean that a person of power over someone shouldn’t solicit sex from them. That’s true regardless of gender. If a female boss solicits sex from a male employee, that’s still wrong due to the power imbalance.

No one is claiming that gender has anything to do with this. A boss should never solicit sex from an employee. You bringing gender into it is sexist in itself.
