Honestly, with probably 122M+ FTDs it should easily go to $3 at some point, it's just that they could wait six months again to cover if there is no good news that comes. You just can't predict it (or force it with the big float). Plus they could keep diluting (probably what shorts will wait for). If there is good news I will buy immediately, in the meantime, there are plays I like better. NFA, just my two cents.
