Trump's election to your highest office is symbolic of the rotten core at the heart of your society. A large number of people in the USA would rather see the government crumble than paying taxes, if that means that a small amount of those taxes go to people who son't share their skin colour, don't share their religion, don't share their gender or don't share their sexual orientation.

A large number of people in the USA would prefer to be rich at the expense of their employees than accept that unionisation, and worker's rights, benefit everyone. A large number of people in the USA would rather see crippling destitution in other people than sacrifice a small percentage of their income. Fuck, there isn't even a majority of people who would agree that providing basic healthcare to everyone is the bedrock of a just society.

A large number of people in the USA don't even have enough basic education to know that evolution is a fact which has been driving all life for billions of years. A large number of people don't accept that human action over the last 300 years has led to rapid and irreversible climate change. And a large number of people in the USA are so utterly backward they refuse to accept medical science and instead deny the value of fucking vaccinations.

So no, I won't accept your apology. Your society is broken. It is heartless, it is backward, and it is abhorrent.
