This is incredibly over simplistic. There are good legal arguments for terminating the constitution and holding a constitutional convention in good faith. Every other constitutional republic in the world does this, it is unique and not great for America that we do not. There hasn't been major legislation passed in 50 years and we have abdicated the job of congress to the courts which are now controlled by right wing lunatics. In order to fix this we have to fix congress but to fix congress you need to get 3/4ths of the states to agree. Citizens United will make sure this gridlock persists forever and we must stop it before it is too late.

Please read more about this before associating real, legitimate, legal movements with "being a traitor" as if we are at war or just because people don't agree with a document they some how need to be punished by the state.
