Thank you for response!As much as i want ukraine to win this conflict,sometimes i find it curious that the majority of the people claim that only the russians commit "war crimes" although we have seen that ukrainians are doing the same thing.Some may claim that i am pro russian but in reality i try to be obiective not subjective.My personal opinion is that the video above can be considered a war crime because the soldiers were not participating in active combat and were carrying a wounded(i am sure things like that happen on the both sides and the russians are also targeting wounded or medical staff) Afterall it is a full blown war and shitty stuff happens.
