Drunk Girl Tries To Hijack Someone Else's Uber, Attacks The Driver & Refuses To Get Out Of His Car!

and could very well suffer from a mental illness that drove her to actions like those shown in the video.

I mean, if we're just gonna speculate, she could also be possessed by an evil spirit or controlled by the government through a brain implant.

I'm sort of with you, though. At least more with you than I am with the rest of the people in here right now. I came all the way down here in the thread to see if there was anybody being reasonable and not calling her names or saying that she should be assaulted and/or murdered for a drunken outburst.

But unfortunately I can't agree with you much beyond that.

They have some serious issues that in a more compassionate society might have been addressed medically without ruining her life. There are years of social pressures and formative parenting issues that have never been resolved or addressed.

Personally, I don't think a video of part of an incident is enough to psycho-evaluate this girl and start blaming her wholly unacceptable behavior on societal pressures and how the world has failed her generation and it's really her parent's fault.

This immature behavior is simply not excusable, at least in my own opinion. Should she be physically assaulted or killed or have her life ruined because of it? Of course not. Should she have been arrested and charged with assault, destruction of property, disturbing the peace, public intoxication, assaulting a police officer, resisting arrest, and spent a few days in jail to reconsider her decisions? Abso-fucking-lutely.

But she wasn't. According to the original video, she faced no serious repercussions for her actions aside from paying her way out of it. (Side note: since when do the cops just let you pay money to people you've assaulted and go home? Like seriously, is that a real thing?)

The lack of justice was disappointing, but now she's been found guilty by the High Court of The Internet, and her punishment has begun. Is it fair and in proportion to the crime committed? No fucking way, these people are downright merciless. But it's not like arguing for rationality will stop the doxxing and raiding and death threats. The dogs have been turned loose, and they're out for blood. All that's left to do is either take the high road and try to ignore the whole incident, or watch the depressing spectacle of the internet destroying somebody's life over a stupid drunken mistake.
