My friend worked for ICE and he was on patrol and one of the first responders on scene and kept me in the looop the whole time. ......Why would the US Government spend millions of dollars to run a test on the 'public's reaction to a terrorist threat and imposition of martial law on a US city' when they damn near know the results already?

There have been other instances of martial law in history, even in American history - Katrina was one of them. We saw the scramble that Americans were so eager to give up their own rights with or without their knowledge, it didn't matter because it was in the name of freedom.

I am a skeptic - but not of this event. They have camera footage of this guy dropping the bag which blew up people. There are numerous videotapes, witness accounts and evidence that matches up with the official story.
