the “stealth” taxes between 100 and 125k are fucking nonsense. It doesn’t target the wealthy. It targets the “well off”.

If we wanted to target the truly wealthy, we’d be not targeting the middle class and hitting CGT with banding.

But every time you mention 100k+, there’s some specky twat saying “well, you can afford it” like I’ve got a sofa made of £50 notes. They don’t understand that the reason it’s infuriating is because government are targeting what people think is wealth, and not what is actual wealth.
