ELI5: The difference between Athiest, Agnostic, and Secular

A big comment that I'd like to share with everybody since everybody seems to be pretty affixed in the Western world is that the debate of God existing or not is very heavily a western concept. For some reason, in the west it is often debated the nature of God, his or her purpose and how it functions and why we should believe in the stories surrounding him/her and believe in his stories despite lack of any evidence or only at with supporting stories that also frequently have little to no evidence even though they may be based out of real locations or real people historically.

In traditional religions, even in pagan Europe but now primarily in the northern hemisphere were animistic religions with Eskimos or eastern religions preside or presided, belief in the specific God is quite irrelevant. In fact, it is less about believing in what is being asserted with no evidence but rather taking the concepts which are taught in those stories and ritualistically executing those so you have a communal purpose and sense of belonging. It also helped to establish an oral story from generation to generation and allows for people to essentially focus on rituals rather than theory.

I can't emphasize how enjoyable my life has been because ritual based religions are just fantastic.

Nobody cares about debates on whether this or that is TRUE.

That is uniquely a faith-based western religion phenomena.

Nobody cares if you believe in it or not. Question is: how do you live And how do the stories Inspire you? There are no extra points from converting others. The question isn't: do you know the dance moves? The lyrics? The songs? The purpose of the festival?

It's all knowledge based.

I am a huge fan of Polytheism because it doesn't take much seriously. It's almost like comic book heroes. More the merrier. Japan alone claims to have 8 million gods (yaoyorozu-no-kami). Some sects of Shinto even consider Yahweh/Jehovah to be one of the gods of Shinto.
