ELI5: How has Russia been able to destroy so much of ISIS' ground facilities and supplies, while the US has been fighting and droning ISIS for years and hasn't made such victories in as little time?

Why is everyone pointing fingers about who's doing what...It is all speculation and leads to nothing. Follow the money. Libya - U.S. helps coup Gaddafi, now being run by thugs. (After he announces currency backed by physical gold/silver) Iraq - U.S. helps remove Saddam and now being devastated by ISIS (After he tries to move away from petrodollar) Even the movie the "Three Kings" with George Clooney and Mark Wahlberg was all about getting his gold and not even helping the people there until the end. Afghanistan - ISIS has more territory/bigger now than in 2001. (After Saudi allies specifically created and funded the 9/11 group) Ukraine - U.S. helped coup the elected leaders there, now in constant unrest/economic turmoil. Just look at Vietnam, South Korea, and so may other leaders we helped install into these countries....including the country my father and mother had to live through......Cambodia, you've maybe heard of the Khmer Rogue regime, who have killed millions (some even call it worst than the holocaust.) The king was forced to make a choice to follow U.S. policies or the "commies" and when he decided to just stay sovereign without global politics, within hours, guns and ammunition were airdropped and an uprising spread claiming that the country needed to be "purified" and everyone is forced into labor camps of war. Millions tortured, raped, babies and children slaughtered. But these things just happen right? Well, shortly after, the entire country, including Angkor Wat, one of the worlds largest religious sites were all looted of precious gems, gold, silver. The country was forced into using paper money which eventually devalued into nothing but toilet paper....this after years of relative peace under it's king...sorry TYRANT according to the U.S. In my humble opinion, the government is really smart...but blind to its ambitions. They don't just "accidentally" airdrop weapons to the wrong people. I mean, it takes a lot of fucking fuel and coordination to even coordinate that....come on guys...Money, power, can buy a lot of fuel to add to any fire you want to create. Who gives a single country the right to decide how other countries govern their people...why must they all be forced to conform to a single ideal? Isn't that instead what tyrants do? If this was a corporation we were taking about, just one event could make it look bad, like BP, but since we are the U.S. why do we get a get out of jail ticket for each country we touch and destabilize, whereas Russia is the ultimate bad guy for protecting a sovereign nation with Assad. Be smart guys...look, stop pointing fingers and really look at the path we've created. I love this country, because of it's mix of opinions, cultures, ideals, which make it a melting pot of all the things good with the world. The U.S. used to represent that...but you guys really have to realize...if we really really really wanted to "help" countries with democracy, and yet every country we touch turns into a warzone...then perhaps...maybe...just maybe...it's not an accident? And if every country that we touch just happens to be looted dry by all these terrorists groups...then who exactly is leading these guys? With all that being said...I'll leave you guys with one last tidbit. Did you know that Hitler loved Henry Ford so much he had a poster of him? Did you know that Ford, and many other U.S. corporations even supplied engines and fuel which were vital for the Nazis to continue the war? Did you know that the tribunal which was supposed to put these "capitalists" in jail never saw the light of day? Money guys...people will do anything for it...what makes you think the people running our government won't do it....ROFL\
