ELIF: How do lumens work when measuring brightness of flashlights? Ie. How do cheap flashlights have outputs of like 2000 lumens?

My tactical spinner has been utilized in way more “situations” than you’ll ever be able to comprehend, Poindexter! It’s part of my EDC for every mission, and for good reason. Hell, I’m not sure if I appreciate the likes of you pencil-necks on the Internet disrespecting what I have to do in my routine covert operations that ultimately protect you and your freedoms, but I’ll defend to the last spin your right to say it. Just know that when I spin, it’s all in service to those who have spun before me, and have made the ultimate sacrifice. My work, and the results of it, are invisible to the likes of you. But should I and my elite unit of spinners one day decide to stop, life as you know it would be a different and scary thing.
