If the guy looking for weight loss surgery somehow reads this: don't do it. I know 4 people that have had various weight loss surgery, and these are the results.

One of them looks like a cancer patient. Lost weight to the point of being thin but looks sick. Honestly this is probably the best case scenario.

One of them lost weight, but in a weird way, like fat stumpy legs but with skinny arms etc.

The two others lost almost no weight or gained it back immediately.

ALL of them however seem to have health complications and it just doesn't seem worth it. Just do it the old fashioned way man and if that doesn't work. So what, just be a fat guy people aren't judging you as much as you think.
