Episode Discussion - S02E06 - "Paradigm Shift"

Ok, I'll be the first one to say it: That CGI was awful...

I mean, I'm not American so I had to resolve to a 480p video (R.I.P putlocker), but even at that resolution I could see the budget... It wasn't very high...

The space stuff was pretty decent, not expecting blockbuster kinda CGI or anything, but down on the planet it was just... Oh god...

I really wish that they focus on practical sets in Season 3, or have a significantly higher budget, because it really looked like early 90's.

This is probably my least favorite episode so far, but I'm sure we're getting a more eventful episode next week.

Really loved the Epstein flashbacks, but there's one thing I don't understand; if that was the only Epstein Drive that existed, and if he had the plans with him, how did it change anything but a "myth" about Epstein's disappearance? I haven't read the books (yet, accidentally stumbled across a receipt and looks like I'll get it on my birthday, yhaayy), but unless he had another copy of the blueprints, or another engine, how did anyone figure it out?
