[Ethics] Twitch BANS streaming of Senran Kagura Estival Versus, and when asked by a user about the ban, they call it a visual novel when it's a beat em up. Great service twitch!

Stick of Truth, that was a level. You had to progress through it to continue the story. I mean if we're quoting the CoC (It's the code of conduct, not the ToS. Please stop saying it's the ToS, ToS is legal shit).

occurrences in game are ok so long as you do not make them a primary focus of your stream and only spend as much time as needed in the area to progress the game's story.

So, that one checks out. The Witcher I'm not too familiar with, but from what I've read there's only a handful of scenes which aren't optional and most of them are. I'm sure Twitch would be okay with a sex scene every so often, but not repeating them over and over to the point where your stream is just that with a side of gameplay, as it states on the CoC.

I've only seen one stream of SK:EV, and in that stream (pictures in the previous post) the streamer was setting up girls in scantily clad clothes, placing them in sexual positions. Was there nudity? No, but it was pretty damn close. Do I think content like that should be on Twitch? Honestly I don't give a shit. That guy and his viewers can fap to whatever they please, play whatever they please and watch whatever they please. Fact of the matter is, if Twitch feels like the stream is not in a direction they want it in, they can shut it down. If Twitch feels like a game is not right for their site, regardless what it says in the CoC, they can moderate their content as they please. It's not up to me, you or anyone else, just Twitch. If you don't like it, don't watch.

Oh, and just for a bonus quote from the CoC
