i guess it still didn't get fixed? I have played a game against 5 stack (me solo queue +4stack) who used auto hax hack (lion who even went for blink+scythe). one of my teammate legion commander bought blink dagger and lion was haxing instantaneously. once legion commander even paused right after he blinked in when lion didn't have any vision and he got instant haxed (I met this hack within a week when info about this hack got posted on reddit so I knew wth was going on)

If I remember correctly, I remember seeing patch note saying that it got fixed but i guess it didn't after all. I smurfed back then and it was few games after I had 17winning spree after the account creation. I still remember it because I smurf often and never had that such long winning spree without losing a single match since creating smurf not to mention it was like the first known hack I've seen (who knows, countless players I met could have used it but it might have have gone unnoticed)

enemy was 3carry team + mirana (semi support) + lion and i was unusual solo mid exort-wex invoker. to be honest, this hack didn't seem that groundbreaking unless you are trying to blink-initiate or if they are trying to blink-instant hax initiate I guess in those cases it's really powerful. we managed to stomp opponent early-mid game but my team had really bad communication because they were 4stack (more like they didn't say a thing) so eventhough we won team fight few times and could have won it, my teammates let opponents semi-freefarm safely and go unpunished and game dragged onto 60min + where all of them had bkb or linken except lion so unfortunately we ended up losing the game. if i remember correctly, enemy line up was storm spirit, chaos knight, anti mage, mirana, lion. I think we could have won it to be honest but it was impossible to gank alone without dying or do decent team fight in late game because opponents were 5stack with very good mobility spells and me and my teammates had really bad communication. late game was kinda nightmare because it was impossible to safely cast spells in team fight and my teammates were melting really fast
