Exeter estate agents

I am a property developer (small time, insignificant on the landscape in Ex, but I have bought quote a few props over the last 20 years).

If you want to sell go with Wilkinson Grant. I've bought several properties from them and they pushed me hard to get the best price for the vendor. Every sale has always had "multiple offers" on the table and I need to have my ducks in a row before they sell to someone else. As a buyer obviously they are a pain in the arse. As a seller you might feel a bit dirty after but you probably got the best price.

Burgoyne's are the nicest most straight people in the market place, have great market knowledge and will probably leave you feeling the most wholesome.

I have only hear good things about Naomi J Ryan and they would be high on my list to look at.

I've had dealing with Winkworths and they seemed to be under resourced and to not have many experienced staff that understand the market.

Smart I would never deal with, as a buyer I had an experience that ended with us pulling out, entirely down to the agent. So as a seller I don't think it would be smart to choose them.
