I've been stalking BT on Instagram & Twitter. At this point, even their CEO has had to come out with some half-baked apology/public statement. It's disheartening to see all of the copy/paste responses and people's weddings being completely ruined. What's worse is that they leave the inventory online for grabs even knowing they can't fulfill.
