I started lexapro last Thursday for the first time too. 31F on 10mg, will be 20 mg in a bit over a week.

First 2 days I was sluggish and yawned a lot. Also had to keep stretching my body the first 4 days because I was physically tired even though I was mentally alert. I also had some bouts of insomnia. My sex drive is also very low now and I feel no stimulation or rush from cumming.

On the plus side I haven't felt those intense "lows" and my depression is better. I still get some anxiety but better compared to the time before I took the med. The mental benefits have been good so far though I hope I can eventually cum again normally. I was afraid at first too but I don't regret taking the med, it has been helping me.
