Can I get sued for refusing a refund?

The amount in question is 8700 dollars. In the state of Arizona it wouldn't go to small claims. Also terms and conditions says the following:

1.1 Using our services means you're automatically agreeing to our terms and conditions. In addition by using our booking software or contacting us via mobile you're agreeing to keep your credit card on file and authorizing us to charge your credit card for future fares.

1.2 No refunds for Prepaid Reservations. The reservation is non-refundable / non-cancellable, and the credit card provided will be charged the full amount at the time of booking. No Refunds. Credits are applicable only toward future fees for use of the Service and are not convertible into cash or any type of refund.

Any prepaid contracts for payments on services in the future are non-refundable we can offer you the service as per initial agreement but we can't refund the amount paid to our company. If services or contracts are terminated early, no refund will be issued, as all fees are deemed earned when paid. Clients have 30 days from when the contract or agreement was initiated to cancel. Failure to cancel before the 30 days will result in no refunds and all credits are applicable only toward future fees for use of the Service and are not convertible into cash or any type of refund. All fees paid to our company are deemed fully earned upon receipt and are nonrefundable."
