A lot of the stories I've heard bounded around all sound like he tried it on and was rejected. The only reason its "sexual assault" is because he's not attractive and he didn't attempt it in front of everyone. yeah ok, they were creepy ways to come onto people, but not illegal (the stories I have heard so far).
But If I met you tonight, then went back to your hotel room with you and then complained when you tried it on with me. Wouldn't your response be, "well why did you come to my hotel room?" personally if I went to someone's hotel room I'd EXPECT them to be naked before any of you jump down my throat about him inviting them there to talk about work.
If any colleague I didn't want to have sex with invited me to their room. I'd say "no, lets meet at the bar" end of.
So on another tack too. How many industries are completely run by "who you know" not what you know?? How many times must the more attractive person get hired before the less attractive person? Life isn't fair. Harvey's probably all too aware of it, unfortunately the system favors attractive people yet again. But if this was Ryan Gosling, George Clooney or Brad Pitt pulling the same stunt they'd have a lot less flak.
