[Tenant-FL] Landlord is charging me $2700 to repaint entire interior and exterior, $250 cleaning fee, other charges included. This cant be allowed?

I owned a rental house at one point. I know what it costs and I know how I managed things. I rented this place because of a short term arrangement, not because I'm a teenLike i've said in other comments, I'd expect it to be about half simply because a full repaint isnt necessary.

Apparently not very well

Having maintenance run through to blue tape the areas that have to be address and then hiring a painter is not a $1200 expense.

It is though for you. Because you paid $1700 to clean up the place.

I might not even have questioned it too hard if it wasnt for the exterior charge. Then again I posted this to get opinions from others since I might be too biased.

Literally everybody is telling you that you're in the wrong yet you can't get it through your head.

Why don't you go over to r/politics and bitch about how Biden stole the election next?
