Download MyFitnessPal app and put in your info and your goals and count your calories and macros. Your macro stats will be available for free on there if you go to “more” and then “nutrition.” Educate yourself on what macros are (YouTube). Slowly move your diet to whole foods so you can eat more and feel better and more full while also losing and maintaining weight. Follow some fitness fanatics on YouTube and IG that you aspire to look like; choose someone who really motivates you as well and watch them when you need to work out. Ditch the pop for water, coconut water, limited juices, etc. Watch those people on YouTube/IG to learn what exercises to do, form, etc. Educate yourself on what muscles groups to work together and decide on what days you’ll do them in rotation. Do cardio 4+ times a week. Implement changes to diet gradually, adding and subtracting one thing at a time, so it’s easier to sustain as a lifestyle. People often start with cutting out soda bc its so calorie and sugar dense and it feels like a doable first goal. If you want to do it fast, I would make it a goal to not eat over your recommended calories and macros while ditching soda and making cardio 4-5x a week a non-negotiable while adding in strength training days as you learn what you’re supposed to be doing. 80% is the kitchen (diet).
