Favorite online shops for succulents?

Just beware that when you purchase bareroot across country you are at risk for frost and it's a long process to repair so they are good enough for resale.

Purchase on the off season. Invest in a good grow light (I use MH lights), it will cost you about 40 a light in electric each month. And grow your own. The profit margin on succulents wholesale is still pretty high, your best bet is local vendors for rare species because shipping costs are probably more than the plant. Now that box stores carry succulents it's very competitive with pricing so you really need to stress quality. I personally like succulentsource the best if I am going to purchase online; their customer service is superb and fast. Also if you only need like 100 plants their shipping is the cheapest. They give you a variety and always give me what I request. Also ask your tropicals distributor what they have; you'd be surprised what comes from Florida.

Terrariums and a diamond drill bit are a good investment. Your profit margin is highest on these, but beware you need to drill holes and it takes a while to perfect the soil mixture for your environment. Glass terrariums are ridiculously cheap: you can buy these at any local floral supply store with your tax id form.
