Huma needs to be terminated. She made the decision to keep a sexually compulsive Internet molester in her life for so long despite a high powered career handling state material. Then she made the decision to handle state material on an off-the-grid, not-professionally-managed personal computer. Then she made the decision that it was okay that her out of control Internet molester husband to share access with that computer. Then she made the decision to hoard state material on said computer for years after Clinton left the state department and despite professional scandals over the emails. Huma knew well before their devices were seized that the emails were a problem. This is clear evidence that Clinton had never imposed any professional policies or use of computing resources requirements/training on her staff, even months into the FBI email inquiry.

If this were a regular company, the investor relations people would be advising the board to immediately fire Huma and create and enforce professional handling of materials policies and use of computing resources controls. The fact that Clinton hasn't done this already in light of the emails scandal, is a huge public relations problem that is one reason she can't get past the emails issue dragging her down. She has not yet gotten control of the unprofessional handling of work material by her staff despite huge scandals and existential threats to her candidacy.
