Female teacher pleads guilty to 28 counts of sexual abuse against a middle school boy, but won't go to jail

You seem a bit agitated, you alright mate?

no, thats not implication, thats directly stating it.

Stating what, exactly? Definitely not that 14 year olds would need proof of being traumatized if they say so.

that IS a different standard lololololol.

No, it's exactly the same rules applied to both genders. Figure out if there's a point at what age most people regret the decision of having sex later, and set that as statutory rape. If that point is different for different genders, then adjust the law accordingly. It's derived from the same standard. I mean it's funny how you immediately assumed that I was implying that the age must obviously be lower for boys, when I didn't say that at all. It could just as well be lower for girls. Or close enough that separation doesn't make sense, I don't know. But the fact that simply stating that any separation seems to trigger you this hard "lolololololol hahahahahahahahaha" makes me thing that any rational discussion of this topic isn't possible with you anyway.
